Terms of Agreement
Property Must Be Ready
The property must be cleaned, staged, and ready for photography at the scheduled time. Our photographers are not responsible for moving items, cleaning surfaces, or staging rooms. If the property is not ready upon arrival, a rescheduling fee may apply to cover the lost time and travel.
Licensing Agreement
All images provided are licensed to the individual client or agent for the purpose of marketing the specific property, event, or company. This license is non-transferable and does not include the right to sell the images to third parties. Appel Photography retains full copyright ownership of all digital media produced.
Late Payments
Invoices are issued through QuickBooks upon delivery of your completed images. Payments can be made securely online using a debit or credit card, or by mailing a check to the address provided on the invoice. Payment is due within 10 days of the invoice date. Any unpaid balance after 10 days may be subject to a late fee.
Travel Fee
A travel fee of $50.00 will be applied for properties located outside our standard service area. This fee is calculated based on the distance from our primary service hubs and covers transportation costs and transit time. Customers will be notified of any applicable travel fees during the booking process.
