Contract For Booking
By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms below:
PROPERTY MUST BE READY:
All property preparations, cleaning, or staging, must be done before your appointment. If there is cleaning, staging, or preparing needed on-site, there will be an additional $50.00 cleaning fee. If the shoot cannot be done, there will be a $75.00 trip fee.
LATE PAYMENT:
Invoices are issued at the time of photo delivery and are due within 10 days. Payment is processed online or in person via debit/credit, PayPal or cash. Invoices not paid within 10 days will be charged an additional $5.00 late fee per day until paid.
LICENSING AGREEMENT:
Customers of Appel Photography & Real Estate are paying for a “Photography Service” and are purchasing a non-transferable “License to Use” the photographs. Photographs may not be given or re-sold to be used by someone else.
PHOTO RECOVERY FEE:
Photos are delivered with a download link valid for 14 days. If you fail to download the photos within 14 days and need a new download link, there will be a $50.00 photo recovery fee.
